Checklist for local Applicants :

1.  Application of LICHFL with 2 color photos

2.  Pan card & ID Card (xerox)

3.  Residence Proof

4.  Higher Qualification Certificate (xerox)

5.  Appointment order with salary breakup (CTC)

6.  Last 3 months Payslips

7.  Last 6 months Bank Statement

8.  Latest Form -16 

9.  Insurance Policy Bonds xerox (If any)

10. Processing Fee

 The applicant should also submit 8 standby cheques duly signed and crossed in favor of 

LIC Housing finance Ltd,  without mentioning the date & amount. In case of any technical 

problem with the ECS forms, these cheques may be used as standby with your permission.

- The banker will verify your signature and attest (with sign and seal) the ECS form.
